Church Landing in Meredith, NH Expanding into Phase 2

Ground was broken on September 22nd to start construction on an exciting addition to Church Landing at Mill Falls in Meredith, NH.  The New Hampshire Architect firm of Samyn-D’Elia Architects worked with Rusty McLear, president and CEO of the Inns and Spa at Mill Falls, designing the hotel’s early schematic concepts and continuing onto the preparation of construction documents for an expansion that includes 13 luxury lake view rooms and suites, the new lobby/game room and an infinity pool and jacuzzis.

The renderings, created by Samyn-D’Elia Architects, illustrate how the architectural design of the hotel celebrates the traditional exterior details of a NH lake hotel while incorporating luxury appointments inside along with the unseen elements of energy efficient building design.  Samyn-D’Elia Architects is heading up the design and CCI Construction is the general contractor.

Pat Sava Designs will be coordinating the interior decor, following the Adirondack style.

Cedar covered walkways will connect all buildings with each other.  Using rustic unfinished tree logs and branches for the inside of the covered walkway to the new rooms will reinforce the traditional New Hampshire lakeside experience.

The shingle style of the new expansion evokes images of cozy lake houses and lazy days on the water.  With balconies & plenty of energy efficient windows affording views of the lake, visitors will find it easy to relax.

The street side entrance is taking shape.  The shaped columns hint at the luxurious amenities to be experienced beyond the entry.

Many details, such as the bulls eye crown glass lights over the door, add subtle elegance to this building.
