The New Hampshire Department of Resources and Economic Development (NH DRED) knew that the services at the Hampton Beach State Park needed to be replaced with facilities that could meet the demands of today. Holderness School in Holderness, NH, contacted the New Hampshire Architect firm of Samyn-D’Elia Architects, to design two dorm/faculty residence buildings. Pease Public Library in Plymouth, NH enjoyed decades of heavy use and steady growth in programs and services. In 2008 a building committee hired the New Hampshire architecture firm, Samyn-D’Elia Architects, to design & draw up plans for the expansion and renovation of the library; and on May 18, 2011 the library celebrated the completion.
