Rudd Lighting, Inc., an international lighting company, featured the Hampton Beach Redevelopment project in their Project Gallery. The Project Overview states that the materials included in the redevelopment project were carefully selected for aesthetics, quality, energy efficiency, sustainability and durability in the harsh coastal environment and that a key energy-efficient component of the redevelopment was exterior lighting. On January 20, 2012 Samyn-D’Elia Architects were presented the 2012 Citation Award from the New Hampshire American Institute of Architects for their design of the Holderness School dormitory and faculty residence buildings. The New Hampshire Architect firm of Samyn-D’Elia Architects designed the expansion of the Church Landing in Meredith, NH. Their design celebrates the traditional exterior details of a NH lake hotel while incorporating luxury appointments inside along with the unseen elements of energy efficient building design.
