The Common Man Roadside Market & Deli, Plymouth, NH
This project consists of a 12-pump Irving Oil filling station and general store with full kitchen and seating.
Lake Winnipesaukee Heavy-Timbered Home
This SDA-designed modern, timber-frame mountain home is currently under construction and features red cedar bevel siding, natural stone, and standing seam metal roofing. The home is carefully sited and designed with a strong connection to the natural world and exceptional views of the White Mountains.
Maple Wood School, Somersworth, NH
SDA worked closely with the city of Somersworth to secure funding from the state of NH for this project at Maple Wood School which includes a new secure main entry, an addition housing culinary services, a music/multi-purpose room, and a loading dock, and extensive mechanical renovations. Construction is scheduled to begin this spring with the project completed for the start of school in late August.
Nordic Spa, The Balsams Grand Resort Hotel, Colebrook, NH
SDA is currently working with the Owners to design this spa facility inspired by spas found in Iceland and Canada.
Wedding Barn, The Preserve at Chocorua, Tamworth, NH
SDA has teamed with Jewett Construction Co., Inc. to rebuild the wedding barn at The Preserve at Chocorua located in Tamworth, NH. The original barn was lost to fire in the fall of 2017. The structure, materials, and finishes for the new timber frame barn are designed to echo the original.

This facility is the fifth branch location that SDA has designed for Meredith Village Savings Bank, with previous projects located in Ashland, Plymouth, Laconia, and Wolfeboro, NH.
